Aptive provides email and text service reminders; the technician alerts you by text to when they are about to arrive, rings the doorbell to let you know if they have arrived and ask if you have any particular needs; they send a summary of the tasks they completed along with photo proof that they are at your house; they respond to texts about special needs even if you are away from home when the service is being completed; they are always professional and courteous. Overall: impeccable service!
