I had a very positive first experience and have been back several times. Was treated professionally by a young woman named Kaylee. She walked me through memberships, packages, products etc. and showed me how to operate the bed I selected as it was my first time here. IMO, this was exceptional customer service! I know it can get busy and if I have to wait a while I don't mind. Great job! I will keep coming back!
