“The staff was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for their intervention and expertise. The heat treatments killed all of the adult bugs but did not kill all of the eggs on my children and we continued to find new babies born for a week or two after the heat. We did 6 follow up treatments at home every 3-4 days with the solution (2 more treatments than was recommended, just to be sure) and finally got them all clear after several weeks. The follow ups at home are essential, so don’t overlook that step. The heat is a great nuclear option but in our case I think we would have had the same outcome with just the repeated home solutions. Thankful for the fantastic, knowledgeable staff that helped us.“

Your private room has all the comfort you could want while getting your infusion.i have been getting my infusions at the Cary office for well over a year. The reason I changes was that my prior infusion center didn’t have facilities where I traveled too. It is so convenient to be able to travel and not worry about getting back for an infusion. I will be having an infusion while lm vacation in Florida this February. Great professionals.“

She recommended a laser treatment to help with my TMJ jaw pain from arthritis, disc deterioration, etc. I thought I'd give it a try, since I've tried massage, dry needling, rolfing, acupuncture, meds, etc. I just had my first treatment and it's already helping. My jaw pain is a lot less already. I look forward to continuing with treatments. Who knew lasers could do so much! Laurie is awesome. She really cares and is 100% devoted to her patients. “My primary care doctor there is no-nonsense, but knowledgeable and flexible. First primary care I’ve ever had that has seen me the same day I was sick, all 4 times in the past 4 years. For me, that’s exactly what I need from a primary care and helped me avoid urgent care for basic issues. I can’t speak to medically complex issues, but she has been willing to talk with me and brainstorm solutions that I’ve had as a 30 something. Her office is basic, but adequate, and I prefer the idea that patients and people are put before the ‘facility’.“
