“Our experience with Preferred Care at Home Cary was excellent! We needed 24/7 care for my 95 year old grandmother after she had surgery. Alejandra was so responsive and wonderful to work with. She came with each caregiver on their first visit to make sure everything was ok. She was so kind to walk me through the process of setting up care and answer any questions I had. We were thrilled with the care provided by Anabelle, Angela and Carolene. They were so kind, caring, punctual and attentive to my grandmother's needs. They were also great at night making sure to get up with her and take care of her. We did have a couple of issues with others but Alejandra was quick to respond and quick to remedy those situations. We would absolutely use their services again!”
