I couldn’t have been more happy with Rachel. She is absolutely amazing! From my very first visit to my last visit, she listened to everything that I said, was super supportive, helpful and kind. I had previously had PT with a large firm in Cary and the difference was unbelievable. At the other office, I felt like I was being babysat, sent from machine to machine, whereas Rachel gave me individual attention. It was obvious that she really cared about helping me. I recommend Rachel 1000%. I would return to her in a heartbeat if I had another injury, but let’s hope I don’t!
I have struggled with hip pain for a couple of years after a misstep on a flight of stairs.My amazing Chiropractor, Abbie Swank sent me to Response in Cary Dry Needling, massage, adjustments etc failed to completely heal the injury.I can not say enough good things about Response Physical Therapy. From Cooper at the front desk, who seems to do whatever is needed to make this practice run well, to my outstanding Therapist, Jeffrey. I’m so thankful to my coworker for recommending Response Physical Therapy to me. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is clean and well-equipped with all the right tools to support recovery.
My physical therapist, Jeffrey, took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment plan, and provided tailored exercises to helped me make progress before my trip to Greece.
