Our highly energetic 6mo Chocolate Lab is full of surprises and the latest was a 9pm visit to the emergency room for some stitches... we called Blue Pearl to see if they were open... they took our info and were waiting for us when we got there... assessed the wound and had a plan on no time... we went home and less that 2hrs she was ready to be picked up with a bag of goodies to keep her calm... great place, great people, highly recommend
We were very pleased with our ER visit for our cat Juno on Labor Day. Dr Leigh and nurse Megan were just exceptional in their compassion and concern for Juno. They both explained the assessment and discharge instructions thoroughly. We left with a plan to follow up with Juno's Vet who also felt Juno's symptoms were GI related. Juno's Vet treated Juno with medication and will start a more prescribed diet for weightloss in the near future. Juno is doing well and we are very grateful.
It would have been helpful if the bill had been explained more clearly from the low to high value by the Nurse. We didnt appreciate the older woman response at the front desk when I was trying… read full review
Communication, care and service were well they took excellent care of my baby boy Benson ( 11 month old pup with a leg fracture ) as you expect when it’s an emergency the costs are unexpected. They did take great care and definitely have empathy for animals!
I’m still researching costs on the area.
