Most importantly, she will give an honest opinion (if you’re looking for it) about what might and might not look good on her client. I’ve been going to her for a year and a half and haven’t considered going anywhere else.

I've been going to Kira for over 10 years now and I can't tell you how phenomenal she is with color. Also, when it comes to cut, at this point I just give her free range and tell her to do whatever she wants and I've always loved the outcome. Here's a pic of her work on my hair. She's in high demand, so if you want an appointment, just expect many weeks (maybe months) in advance. She's totally worth it though.
Service was good. Preet did amazing work on my eyebrows with minimal pain, which was something I was concerned about. I will be back to this place to get them done!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this shop while at the Indiana Enchanted Fairy Festival and I cannot get over how amazing everything was. The owner was so knowledgeable and unbelievably kind. She was an absolute gem. The smells were absolutely amazing. The fact that you can get body soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner in all the different scents was amazing. She was able to recommend a certain line for people with sensitive skin or certain skin types. I will be purchasing from here for skincare from now on. Thank you so much!!!

Dr Christie and his staff got me a prescription where I can read my cell phone, and watch TV. I no longer feel that I have to take my glasses off to read. My insurance is covered by this office, and I live next door at Murphy's landing Apartments, a good place to live. It's a win win situation. Thank you for your professional staff that knows how to communicate and listen. Do not get your prescription here then go somewhere else to get less expensive glasses like some folks do. Get your prescription, and buy glasses here. It can be a pretty penny, but its worth the experience and quality.

I've had the most incredible experiences with KBB, especially recently when Lizzy did my makeup for an important event. I was a little nervous to try something new, but Lizzy knocked it out of the park, and I was SO thrilled. We did a fun, colorful, poppy eye with a sparkly lip and omgggg it came out so cool. Wish I could wake up in that face of makeup every single day.

I haven’t had my hair cut professionally in years. I have wild curly hair so I was nervous. But after the consult, I couldn’t wait to have Kameron cut my hair. He was so knowledgeable about my kind of hair and told me so much I didn’t know about how to take care of it. Then the cut… he cut it perfectly! Exactly like I wanted it. Sometimes it’s hard to tell someone what you want and I was probably all over the place with it: big, curly, crazy, but not frizzy, but not smooth… he took all that and made me look incredible! I LOVE IT! And he’s fabulous to work with! So smart, funny, and so cool to talk to. I’ve always cut my own hair because I was afraid to get chopped. But I will never do that again. I’ve never had someone cut my hair the way I wanted and style it how I actually wear it. My hair looks and feels fantastic. I’ll only go to him from now on. Side note: his prices are excellent.

Always go here. Great vibes, Black owned, and Mike always gets my cut right no matter how many weeks I go without a cut lol and he cut my son's free form locs . They are considerate of the children in the shop when playing music and great customer service. ?? My son has had a lining from one of the other barbers once before as well. All that I've seen do good work. They have moved to a new location( 3202 W 16th st). Highly recommend! Also has a salon next door in same building. I'm not sure what she specializes in, but she does braids for sure.
Not only does Bree create a fantastic tan, she such a genuine person that I enjoy seeing every appointment. I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my spray tan. She’s truly such a talent and dedicated to her business and clients.

Wasn't sure what to expect because it had been so long since I've been to any tan salan, but wow! The customer service from all the employees here is amazing! They are so kind, patient, and helpful! I had my first ever Bro-zilian wax appointment with Sonya on Thursday 8/7. Having never been waxed before, I went to her studio with an open mind. I’m so glad I did, Sonya warmly greeted me, and explained the whole process for me. She has a way of making you very comfortable and well at ease. The entire procedure went super, and was not at all overly uncomfortable.
I look forward to follow up with this first waxing to maintain as well as some other areas that I would like to have waxed.
To any guys considering a Brazilian, I highly recommend Sonya for her education, knowlege, and technique in care of the skin. I also learned a lot about caring for my own skin hygiene.

I am particular about my waxes and have been to several estheticians before for waxing. Molly is hands down the best - the wax isn’t too hot, she is quick, and she gets everything! I've been going to EWC for years now. I've been to a few locations but this is my main one. I travel from the south side of town. I wish there was one on the south side or even downtown but I love the ladies (Rachel D.) who get me right! I enjoy their quick but quality service. They get you in and out in just minutes! It's always clean and bright, a little cold but not too bad since you're not there long. I also love the Wax Pass they offer, good feeling to know your wax is already paid for and you can just leave your gratuity. I love I can use the passes at any location, not just here in the city. AND, they don't expire!

It was my first time trying this business and was serviced by Elon, I was nervous because even though I have been getting Brazilian waxes for over a year now, every time I get waxed it’s a super painful experience.
From the start I was greeted very warmly and the staff made me feel comfortable to be there. Everything was aesthetically beautiful and clean. Elon was wonderful and waxed me in a way I had never seen before using a technique that made it be surprisingly pain free and the wax was not hot at all (which I usually end up with wax burns). I have very sensitive skin and numbing cream and ibuprofen is always a must to tolerate the process but none of that was necessary. In a scale of 1-10 pain was probably a 2.
due to my low pain tolerance every time I got waxed prior to coming here it would be a 10-10
Carolyn works wonders. She felt my tension, worked through knots and left we feeling much better and relaxed than when I walked in. It was a wonderful first time experience. A lot of the massage and stretching technique done was something I’ve never had in a massage before, it really helped relieve a lot of pain / tension right away. I highly recommend a massage with Carolyn, I know I’ll be back!

Before starting, we had a brief consultation to clarify what I wanted out of the service & the look I was hoping to achieve.
I love that she didn't rush through the service and was still efficient with time. She also stopped after finishing the first brow to make sure I was happy with how it looked before moving on to the next one, which is something that stood out to me & shows how much she values client satisfaction.
Her space was clean & welcoming and the service was relatively pain free. I can confidently say that my brows have not looked this good in sooooo long. A little bit hard to find the salon but, overall one of the best manicures I’ve had. Jessie’s attention to detail is next level. The staff is so warm and accommodating. While they don’t have a ton of gel polish colors they are experts at their craft. Couldn’t recommend more!
Dina is a true professional! Very clean, precise, and pays attention to detail. Her spirit is warm and kind. Her touch is gentle, and she explains what she's doing and why. I absolutely love that she uses witch hazel to cleanse the area of skin before threading. She also uses gloves and wears a mask. It's the extras that go a long way. The prices are reasonable and she does a superb job! I'll never go anywhere else to get my brows threaded.

I went to get a pretty simple tattoo done by Brenda. They were incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process from scheduling to when i paid. The other artists that were in the shop at the same time were hilarious, and overall it was an incredibly welcoming spot to be in. So grateful to BFP for coming out on a Saturday for an inspection of our well water pump and scheduling us on Monday for repair. The issue was complex and took some time to diagnose. However, BFP sent 3 technicians out for the job and they worked on the issue until it was resolved! As a first time well/septic home owner I am so thankful they took the time to find the root of the problem. Thank you for getting us running water again!

I had a leaky faucet that I tried to fix myself and made it worse. I had to shut off the water in the house because I broke the shutoff at the sink. Weilhammer came out within a couple of hours and replaced the shutoff and the faucet. I would recommend.

I would 100% recommend for your residential electric needs. Recently, I used them for the second time (at different residences) and they came out the same day to provide an estimate and finished the work the next day. Not only was I appreciative of their punctuality, they were very honest and have competitive pricing. They did not try to sell me on other items I "needed" to get my house back up and running and simply solved all my needs. They installed a new box in our garage when we bought a house on Indy's south side about 10 years ago, along with some other installations and updates. I was wanting to be able to get a new key for my car without having to go to the dealer. I tried places like the Minute Key inside of Home Depot and Walmart. The machine could not duplicate the key and the customer service I got was horrible.
Looking for another answer I found this place. The building on the outside may not be that impressive but the customer service and the expertise on the inside is fantastic. They took care of getting me new car keys. I also had been trying multiple times at different places to get an old key duplicated. No problem here.
For any future lock needs, I will be coming here. They have things I had not even considered like safes, key accessories, old style locks to the newest possible. Even tools and other supplies for installing locks. You were friendly and very open about the service that they can provide. Prices were upfront and very reasonable.
I don’t think you’ll find a better place in town.
Fantastic service. I needed two new locks keyed alike; they had different codes on the box so I assumed different keys. I dropped the locks off to be keyed alike . When I returned it turned out that despite the different key code on the boxes both locks were keyed the same. Now they could have charged me for rekeying and I would not have ever known that no work was needed and gladly paid my bill. But they were upfront and told me the truth and no charge! I will never go anywhere else again for any lock/key service.

We previously had carpet that was worn out and needed to be replaced. We worked with Rob and Noah and they were able to help us pick out the vinyl plank that we liked the most. It turned out incredible and we could not be happier with the results. The price was very reasonable compared to a couple other big box stores making the decision to use these guys a no brainer. The installer was even able to repair a part of the slab underneath all as a part of the original price. Definitely make sure you get a quote from these guys when shopping for new floors!

We had Mark lay new hardwood floors in two rooms, the result is gorgeous, and the experience was great. Highly recommend and would use again.The details:The work included demolition of a stone floor, matching existing hardwoods, moving cumbersome furniture in and out, coordinating timing with other contractors, and being cognizant of me recovery from surgery just two rooms over. He also figured out a solution to two doorway thresholds in rooms completely unrelated to the new hardwoods project.Mark and his guys were courteous, professional, fastidious, and thorough throughout the project. We used Virtuoso Hardwoods 14 years ago to replace our terribly squeaky hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, hallways and closets with red oak flooring. We were impressed with them back then, and were so pleased. Our floors still look beautiful. This time we needed to replace the squeaky floor in a bedroom, and wanted them to come do the work again. First I want to say that I don't usually write reviews, but given my experience with the team at Mint Properties I felt compelled to write a little note. We chatted for a few minutes on the phone and Tasheana said she would have their project manager give me a call and to my surprise minutes later Daryl Skirvin called. I was in desperate need of a full kitchen remodel, from my floor to the drywall to the ceiling, the whole kitchen sink of you will ( pun intended) I contacted CSI and spoke with owner John, after a pleasant conversation he directed me to a veteran contractor of his, Ruban. Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Cuban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I suggest you do the same!

Wonderful service! We live on a wooded property that backs up to a greenspace that gets marshy. We used to get swarmed by mosquitoes and our son gets huge allergic reactions to bites. I utilized Reliable Pest Control services yesterday. The reason I choose them was because of their pricing. I purchased the Two Season Pest Control for $185. This includes 2 visits and any spot service calls needed between the appointment dates. The gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I was told that the effects of their treatment process would take about a week. I noticed a change the very next morning (less ants). I am hopeful that this will turn out to be a great experience and when it comes time to schedule my next appointment, I don't have troubles like the other reviewer. I would hate to take them to small claims court over failure to provide the second part of their service. The only complaint I have is my appointment was set to be between the hours of 5:30 and 6:00. They didn't pull into my driveway until 6:30. I had to initiate the call at 6:15 to find out why they weren't there yet. I will be typing a follow up review when the next appointment comes.
Have used them twice in two years. They responded quickly, friendly, and took care of the problem for a reasonable price. Will continue to use them and recommend them.

We are extremely happy with the entire landscaping experience with Mosier last fall. In both our front and back yards we needed overgrown perennials to be moved and new shrubs and flowers to be planted. We also wanted a patio and path to be created in the back yard. Scott met with us and made sure he thoroughly understood our ideas. He offered useful guidance, and we agreed on a preliminary plan. He returned to go over the plan and fine tune it. He then oversaw the work. Scott made everything easy for us. Likewise, everyone on his crew was efficient, professional, and pleasant. As we need more help with landscaping, we'll definitely call Scott again.
Heath did a wonderful job installing a water feature on our back patio. Work was done quickly, site clean up was excellent and communication was top notch. Their follow up was also solid and resolution of some minor issues was quick and painless.

Ryan cleared out about 12 yards of old mulch, defined edging, and spread new mulch and rock in our garden beds. This was a multi day job in the middle of multiple storms and a significant amount of rain. Throughout the project, he communicated well and arrived when he said he would. The quality of the work and materials was very good. He showed close attention to detail and was responsive to our requests. The total cost was fair. I would highly recommend his services.

For years I've been looking for someone who will actually come out and assess my lawn for what it actually needs, not just put the same treatments on it that everyone gets. Desmond from B-H did just that. So now we are treating my soil and fertilizing and doing things that will make it a better lawn. They do soil samples and ph testing and it really isn't anymore money than any other place I've ever used. Great company, I feel like I'm getting value and knowledge for my money.

Circle City crew was operating on the commercial property that my office is located in. The guy running the weed eater was doing so at full speed on pavement. He threw debris, striking several vehicles and damaging at least 3 windshields. When the situation was presented to the owner, he completely denied the allegations even though I sent him video and photo evidence. He refuses to take care of the damage his crew caused.

Phil and his team were so great! They came out the same day we called to give us a quote and offered to immediately start the removal of the parts of a fallen tree that landed on our fence. I was looking for a dentist near me and came across Hall family dentistry. I gave it a shot first to see if I liked it so I could bring my kids the next time. I absolutely loved my visit. Everyone was so great, from the reception to the tech to the dentist. Customer Service was fantastic and above and beyond. I was shocked when the DENTIST called me the day before to see if I had any questions and then reached out AFTER the apt to see how I was doing. I was amazed and throughly impressed. I brought my kids the next week. They had the same exact experience. Great reception, got to have my same tech that I really liked, and the dentist did the same of reaching out before and after to see how my kids were doing or had any questions. Amazing. It's the little things that make a huge difference and they're doing it right. Definitely will be my family dentist from now on.

I highly recommend Dr. Clark Scott of Summit Spinal Therapy and his team. They are phenomenal, and I wouldn’t be the athlete and coach I am today without their support. I began working with Dr. Scott in college, transitioning from an injury-prone athlete unable to run much mileage to running 100 miles a week pain-free after just a few sessions. This transformation ultimately led me to a professional athletic career. Now, as a coach for collegiate and post-collegiate athletes, I continue to rely on Dr. Scott. Last week I had the Mohs procedure on my nose that required a skin graft by Dr. Hanke. Every staff involved in the process were very kind and compassionate. They provided very detailed care instructions to follow until I return to have stitches removed. I highly recommend them for this process. I haven’t even had any post op pain!?
The best doctor/specialist in the Indianapolis area. She doesn't judge, as so many dermatologists tend to do...while they are sporting a tan. She spends all the time you want with her, has a great sense of humor, and has kept my skin as healthy as she is able without living with me and monitoring my sunscreen usage. We just started going to Britt to groom both of our dogs, and we could not speak more highly of our experience. She really cares and asks a lot of questions to get to know you and the dog, and she really seems to have a way of making nervous babies more comfortable. We had only had our new dog for a few days and were nervous to get her groomed, but Britt made our girl very comfortable and made us very comfortable with leaving her for a bit as well.
I took my 2 Bichon girls to Feelin-Groovy yesterday based on a good friend's recommendation. To me, a Groomer is like a Doctor or Hairdresser. I get attached and hate to change! But our previous groomer was not working out and it was time to move on. I drove over from Charlotte because I would rather drive than risk taking them to someone who would not be kind to them. When I dropped them off, I was terrified. One of my girls is 14.5 with severe arthritis. The biggest thing I need from a Groomer is a gentle hand with her, but I also want her to look cute. My 3 year old has a beautiful thick coat so I want to keep her in a true Bichon cut. I know I was asking a lot of questions when I dropped them off and I was frantically telling Jaclyn about their quirks and that they will run if they get off leash. I am sure they rolled their eyes when I left. I was a nervous wreck while they were gone. When I picked them up, I was so relieved to not only see how beautiful they looked, but to see them taken care of and in great spirits! They didn't even seem as exhausted as they normally are after grooming! I am so happy with them and so thankful to have found a wonderful Groomer! We are so excited and pleased with the service our fur babies received at Doggie Spa, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and took very good care of our doggies. They got our Romeo and Prince looking and smelling good. They also took some really good pictures of them as well. We are thoroughly pleased from start to finish.
First time visitor, they trimmed our cat’s nails, took 2 minutes and they were great!

I have been coming here to see Ruby and sometimes the other ladies for over 4 years . So this review is well overdue . Ruby has done my eyebrows perfectly everytime and I am very picky . Also I just got a Brazilian wax and she has made it quick but also painless . I love her so much and I hope you guys see my review and walk in or make an appointment for all your needs

I love love love Invoke! I finally made it out to their 86th Street studio, and it's such a calming place to practice. I booked a class online like two weeks prior, but then forgot which class I had booked. But I remembered what date and time I was supposed to be there, so I showed up and found out that I had booked a heated vinyasa level 2 class! And wouldn't you know it, that day, I was nursing a lil' hangover. Holy hot yoga! I was totally unprepared physically, but mentally I was excited to challenge myself and told myself that if all else fails, there's no shame in taking a child's pose. I ended up having one of the best yogas sessions I've had in a long time, all thanks to my instructor that day, Jill. I have had her for outdoor yoga before, but this was my first time being in one of her studio classes. Jill was the perfect balance of encouragement and gentleness, and she played great music! The heated yoga classes are no joke -- they're pretty intense, but they're also relaxing and allow you to feel more open and flexible. Make sure to bring water and a towel!
I am SO GLAD that I stumbled upon this business on Yelp not long ago. I immediately went and checked it out after reading a wonderful review about this studio. I tried a community yoga class (for $5) that was taught by a student in training which was wonderful. It was very relaxing mixed with a laid back workout. They played good music too throughout the class! The studio itself is adorable and I can't say enough great things about the staff and other people that were here. Everyone was so welcoming and almost everyone was calling me by my first name by the end of the night. They really make you feel like you're family, even if it's your first time there. I can't wait to try more yoga classes and possibly one of their other classes too!
I joined kOMpose a few months ago. Prior to joining, I’d never practiced yoga aside from a few YouTube videos. I’m blown away by how great it’s been. The instructors are just amazing.

I am so happy I joined this studio. I joined after having our first kid which helped me feel soooo much better. Now with our second baby on the way I feel better going into delivery. I did yoga with our first but had a tough delivery, I can tell that I am so much stronger this time and feel less nervous going into it. I’ve had so many great instructors for classes and private lessons. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable in my body!

Kobie was recommended to me by my a friend after I had experienced 3 weeks plus of terrible upper back pain. He spent most of my first session working out that tension for me. I was a bit sore for a day or so after but my pain was finally gone! He wonderfully attentive and works with you through the whole process. you can definitely tell he cares about clients!
Sandy is truly a master at her craft! She is able to consistently work out any “knots” or issues in my muscles down to a fascial level while being able to educate me in the process. Always feel better the next day working with her! Highly recommend!
I decided to go because I needed to get out of the house and look online and see they had a 1pm. appointment, so I took it. I had the pleasure of having Abby at the Keystone location as my personal strecher, and she did a phenomenal job. I felt amazing leaving that I locked into a 3 month package. Definitely recommend if you need some self care and relief.
For my birthday today, my partner booked a couple's massage at Ann Spa, and I am so pleased and impressed with their service. The facility is clean, quiet, and simple. We waited a few quick minutes for their dedicated couples massage room; two sisters had just finished up, and they had to get it cleaned and prepared for us. When we entered, there were heart balloons and roses set up for us! We were given a minute to undress to our underwear and get comfortable. There were bottles of water and clean sheets and towels. They knocked and asked before entering, and asked how much pressure in general we wanted. They began quickly, and had some quiet music playing. Joy was my masseuse, and Tina did work on my partner. They started with our backs, necks, and about halfway through, had us turn over for the front. They applied a good amount of pressure, and adapted when we asked for more or less pressure in specific areas. Joy made some quick conversation to get us comfortable, and then it was silence for the rest. Very peaceful and relaxing. They asked about pressure, temperature, and specific areas that we wanted work on. They have obviously listened to former reviews and have made great improvements. I want to note that I am a personal trainer, and my partner works with their hands almost daily. It was deeply soothing, and I started falling asleep at one point. They definitely know what they're doing, and were very professional. I highly recommend Joy, and Tina got a great review from my partner as well. Prices are great as well. It was $60 per person per hour, and they did ask how much we would tip during payment. I was happy to tip them at a good rate. Massage is taxing to perform, and they were very deserving. Thank you ladies for a great experience, and we will definitely come back for more!

I’ve only been to IROC Physical Therapy a couple of times so far, but it already feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner being one of the therapists working directly with clients really sets the tone. It’s a refreshing change from the big corporate clinics like—IROC offers the same high-quality therapies, but with a much more personal, down-to-earth feel. You can tell they genuinely care.
I’m so impressed with the care I received from Makayla and Sara at Myo-fit for my planter faciitis. After two years of excruciating pain in the morning and limited mobility and activity, they provided significant relief with the stretches and exercises they prescribed and dry needling Makayla administered. I sustained a post-op nerve injury after what should have been a simple, routine surgery for my ankle/achilles. Meghan helped me through a very difficult and frustrating time with so much kindness, expertise, and patience. Her interventions were smart, creative, and functional. Her manual skills are excellent. She is punctual and professional but also extremely personable! I have improved so much and am now able to workout and run again, thanks to her.
