We called MidAmerica for a fridge repair and our tech was Lenny, he was absolutely amazing, quick and had great communication. I recommend asking for Lenny when you need work completed. Thank you Lenny! 4 stars because the customer service rep wasn't the sweetest.

Lenny came back to repair our washer as the parts came in. He discovered there were 2 other parts needed, called and they were available at the warehouse, left and picked them up, came back and finished repairs. He cleaned up after himself and was very friendly as well. 10 out of 10!!!Service: Washing machine repair
