We recently had some damage to our roof and had to use Impact to determine the severity and then to come up with a plan to get everything repaired. We worked with Steve who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend using Impact for any roof repair situations.

Our interactions with Monte and his team were excellent from day 1!
After our house fire, Monte and his team took over and rebuilt EVERYTHING. They were incredibly easy to talk to, and we were never refused something that we wanted done. Additionally, Impact took all of the responsibility of communicating with our insurance agent.
Since we have moved back in, we have been in touch with Monte a few times for storm damage issues, and he gets back in touch with me right away.
