So far so good. The reason for a 4 star is the sales guy missed the appointment by 4 hrs and I had to call him to remind him to come measure the rooms. But I will update this review after install is complete

I looked at three other popular flooring stores before being referred to Carpet Values. Noah helped me pick the perfect LVP for our basement. The install guys did a great job. Highly recommend them!

Just had Carpet Values come to our home in Heritage Lake to measure and provide samples for a whole home flooring replacement. EXTREMELY professional and the samples provided were all similar to what we asked for.The Salesman, Noah, was 10-minutes earlier than expected and could not be anymore satisfied with the knowledge he provided and utmost professionalism. 100% would recommend if you are exploring new flooring options.
