I was scheduled with Francis for therapy sessions to treat my lower back concerns. This was my first experience with physical therapy so I had no idea what to expect going in. If I ever need PT again everybody better hope I get Francis bc my expectations are now through the roof! He was so kind and optimistic from the first session through to the very end of our last- I was truly sad to say goodbye! My back pain is at the lowest it's been in a very long time and I was well educated on what to do at home if it at all returns. Side shout out to the PCC staff and other PT's in there- everyone was very welcoming and pleasant even at all of my 7:00am appointments! :)

Loved the care I got here. Sally, Renuka, and Penny were all amazing OTs! They kept my pain reduced, and educated me so much along the way. Everyone was nice and inviting, and the wait was never long.
