“Had a problem very late at night called the 24 hour service number and they called us as soon as they opened , had repair men Roy & Bruce here and they resolved the problem quickly ,needed service call on 12/8/22 , Nick came out today replaced the part on our furnace and did a great job , on 4/18/23 Roy & Bruce came out to do our annual check on our a/c unit and did a fine job
5/28/26 had a appointment to get our annual A/C unit checked , Daniel and Dennis were very professional, did a thorough check and cleaning on the A/C unit and explained to me what was found , very happy with results.“

“We had a big condo-wide project to replace all of the vertical water risers in all the units. From start-to-finish, Josh was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating, which was not easy because each unit wanted specific plumbing add-ons, so there was a lot to keep track of! He was always upfront about what things would cost, and the final total owed was very close to the original estimate. We live in an old building, so of course there were a few unforseen issues once we opened the walls - still, he was professional and explained all of this beforehand, and even with the unforseen issues, the final amount owed was very close to the original estimate. His work is excellent as well, we're very happy with the end result. We will definitely hire him again for future work!“
