My wife and I bought a place that needed a lot of TLC, and along with needing a new water heater, we were having some major issues with the 100ish year old sewer line and a nasty smell in the house. The guys were able to fix the sewer line, replace the water heater, and find and fix the source of the smell (a break in the soil stack between the first and second floor). We live in an old building, so of course there were a few unforseen issues once we opened the walls - still, he was professional and explained all of this beforehand, and even with the unforseen issues, the final amount owed was very close to the original estimate. Technician Yuri was super friendly and patient with my questions. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician.
Yuri video inspected sewer pipes, recommended the best solution for the problem and explained how it works.
After job was done, he did a video inspection one more time and showed me the result(it was great!!!).
I really appreciate how Drain & Plumbing Services run their business.
