ETEK Refrigeration Heating & Cooling

Mr. Murray was punctual, professional and provided detailed explanations of what he was doing, what issues he found and what the solution was. I highly recommend him and would definitely contact him for any future problems.

When I look for anything home repair-related, I prefer small teams/individuals over bigger companies that advertise everywhere and send some random person. I went with ETEK because they were local, had good ratings, and I kept seeing an actual person's name in the reviews, Marvin. Not a faceless labor-mill with no consistency.

Marvin took his time properly diagnosing my air-conditioner issue. When he found the culprit, he outlined ways I could improve my hvac system for the future, but didn't try to upcharge in resolving the issue that day. He was MORE than reasonable. To me, that type of honesty means I'll definitely go with him with any hvac issues going forward!

Marvin was very responsive when I reached out for a water heater replacement quote. He was professional, showed up on time, and worked efficiently until the replacement was complete. His quote was very fair against other quotes I coordinated, along with corresponding with me in a respectful way. Hopefully we won't need work again very soon, but if we do, we will call Etek and pass their name along to friend and neighbors.
