“Sami and his assistant were wonderful!! I had several VERY old valves that needed to be replaced because im on the top floor and several people were going to have problems if one of them failed. And as long as they were at it, they installed a kitchen faucet that i bought because it was hard to get the old one to stop water flowing. They were several hours late, which was unfortunate for me since i dont normally work first shift and had gotten up early plus i had to repeatedly email my neighbors to tell them when the water was going to be off, but the reason they were late was to help another customer with a higher priority problem, which i thought was honest and admirable of them. Sami handled the kitchen valve and faucet and his assistant handled the bathroom valves. They spotted another problem while they were here (p trap started leaking) and were able to fix it right then and there. They really took their time and made sure things were done right, and i highly recommend them”
