These guys are the absolutely best! I purchased a condo in downtown Chicago and my HVAC unit died in November of my first year living there. I received quotes from 6 different vendors in the area HVAC Repair Doctor's were an absolute joy to work with - I've use them and only them over the past 7 years for this reason. They come out annually to check on my unit every Fall to make sure I'm all set.
Every call to their admin team (Priscilla C. & Maria G.), every visit - I was met with pragmatic honesty and support. It was like speaking to a neighbor that was more knowledgeable than me; I never felt like they were selling or that I was stop #6 of 50 in their busy day. They were always patient, knowledgeable, resourceful and fair.
I like to do a lot of research on equipment and maintenance and they always supported me with their feedback, regardless of whether or not the outcome was going to be a larger or smaller service revenue for them.
Alan G. is the tech that has been coming out to conduct maintenance and routine repairs on my unit, and he's been so awesome that I passed him on to nearly a dozen other unit owners in my building.
If you want the job down fair, and the job done right - look no further. These guys take pride in their work, their relationships, their business and customer outcomes. They're my call #1 - for myself and others - for all things HVAC related.😁

Erick was very helpful. Repair was done quickly and we have heat again.
I have had multiple service calls and projects with Chicago HVAC repair doctor over a few rental properties, and they continue to be my go-to HVAC company. Their backend staff is polite, clear, and responsive. Their techs are kind, prompt, good communicators, and have a great attitude. Pricing is straightforward and they do a great job. I wish more contractors in Chicago had their level of customer service and professionalism!
