“I had called them the previous day and told them I suspected my thermostat was bad.I had given them my reasoning and they agreed. I was able to give them the model # of the thermostat so that they could bring a proper replacement.Upon arrival an inspection was made and they agreed it was toast.After replacing the bad part my a/c was running again.I asked them to check my a/c unit condition. They reported a couple of parts were becoming borderline.I should mention the unit is 12 years old.I was told it was not necessary to replace the parts just yet.This shows their honesty that they didn't push to sell me parts.I had used this company before and I was impressed by their skill and honesty .Also, I should mention their prices are very reasonable.“
