I had an excellent experience with Olympian and will definitely be an ongoing customer! They took my call immediately and the agent was able to schedule a same-day appointment. I appreciated the text update and real-time tracking to plan for the technician's arrival, and Larry was an absolute pro. He was able to clearly and concisely diagnose the symptoms of my toilet/plumbing, advise on that and other general questions I had, and ultimately resolve my issue. Scheduling and payment were easy and any customer would be lucky to have Larry dispatched! I'm already sharing their info with local friends and highly recommend this company.

I was recommended to Olympian and could not have been more happy with the service I received! As a new homeowner, I've been skeptical of outside help but am so glad I reached out on this one. Larry is a courteous gentleman - professional, informative, honest, and extremely approachable. Within hours from the first phone call, he had arrived, diagnosed, and fully resolved what turned out to be a rather complicated clogged drain in very old piping. I will definitely be coming back to Larry at Olympian!
