Our hot water pipes froze up in this recent cold snap and I had Mergenthaler plumbing recommended to me by a friend. Mike called me back and took the time out of his day to walk me through his recommendations on what to do (and not do!) while we were waiting to see if we had sprung any leaks. I appreciate his generosity with his time so much. Based on that call I will absolutely be using Mergenthaler for all of our plumbing in the future.

I called them to install my Flo by Moen leak detection/water management device. Mike, the owner, was a true professional - friendly, helpful, and honest. Having gotten some other quotes, I also found their pricing to be very fair. Installation went great and I am really enjoying using the device. Already got a lot of insights and benefit from the Flo app and the alerts. They also fixed our basement toilet on the same trip. Would highly recommend them for these installations or any plumbing need.Services: Toilet repair

I'm amazed with the customer service from this company! Not only is everyone nice in the office when you talk to them, but Mike is so responsive and generally a really nice guy to talk with. He explains everything in detail, and is very patient if you do not understand something. I've used them many times at my house, and also have recommended them to family members and friends. Everyone has been happy with the work that's been done. Thank you Mike and Mergenthaler for the great service over the years!
