Bill’s Plumbing and Bill’s Heating are great. They are experienced and professional. I have always appreciated the service they all provide- from the initial call to the maintenance and fix. Just all around great.
Bill’s Heating is the best! My technician, Andrew, was so good, so professional, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He even installed my new thermostat for free!
They make this an easy / pleasant experience. Our 75 gallon water heater started leaking in the basement. Monday morning- Left message on answering service; got a call back from Kelly within an hour. Asked for a quote to replace water heater; they requested photos of existing basement location of water heater with pictures of piping and label of water heater. Kelly called me back within 30 minutes with quote; approved quote. They fit me in to the afternoon schedule (luckily they had a cancellation). Kelly told me that James (Jimmy?) and Victor would be the techs doing the install. Got 2 text messages confirming arrival times. Techs arrived and cleanly removed old leaking...read full review
