I’m aware ,, Troubleshooting various hvac issues can be very challenging at times, and they have all focused on the issue, zoomed in on the problem, and repaired them soundly. Also a good initial install. Kudos to their team. Especially Jason & Michael for an honest coordination of the work, price, and schedule times. A+
Next Gen installed my HVAC system a few years ago. I had an issue with the AC drain hose during a recent heat wave and Next Gen came out as quickly as their schedule permitted (was not an emergency) and were able to promptly fix the problem.
Jason and his team are always amazing. Today Marco came to take a look at my heat pump. The Unit was leaking water and tripped the water alert. Having no AC in this incredibly hot weather was concerning. I called and spoke to Michael first thing. He’s super friendly and was able to find an appointment for me same day. No matter who comes they are always respectful of my home and are able to work around the fact I work from home and sometimes have meetings while they are here. Jason and his team are punctual, professional, work quickly and efficiently, and have proven very trustworthy.
