Patrick did an incredible job replacing our furnace. It was a complex install because the old furnace was original to the condo construction and tucked into a closet in such a way that it could not simply be slid out (ducting on one side, wall on the other side, doorway jutting into the space in front of the furnace). The first contractor we talked to claimed we would need to destroy the drywall doorway, swap the furnaces, and repair the wall. The second claimed we would need to remove and rebuild the ductwork to the left. Updating my review: Still satisfied after being a customer for years! Just had my furnace serviced for a routine check as the heating season begins. Highly recommend this service as an unmaintained heater can lead to major issues and even carbon monoxide leaks!I've been using Global Heating and Cooling for a couple years now to replace and now maintain both my furnace and a/c. They are professional and are always good at explaining issues and my options. I've since referred my condo building! Thank you!

Had Global come out for the standard yearly checks and recently had them replace our air conditioner. They were prompt, nice, helpful and got the job done in short order. I had a follow up question a few days later and they not only answered the question but sent someone out just to double check, which was awesome.It's never fun having your HVAC worked on, but at least this made the experience better.Services: HVAC system maintenance
