Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. I figured I probably wouldn’t hear back but a few hours later, I received an update and they called the HW company and figured out the exact process of working with them.I’m blown away by how helpful BRC has been so far! I've been skeptical about the integrity of YELP reviews, so I will be specific. My ancient furnace had been limping for a long time (blower always on, so I had to manually turn it off and on with circuit breaker). I had a VERY bad experience with furnace repair years ago, so I put it off. They came, quickly determined they needed a part back at the office, went and got it, fixed, even offered senior discount. If you are in or near Des Plaines I highly recommend. If further away, I'd suggest looking for a local company, at least for repairs. I can't speak on big tasks (like non emergency full replacement), but if you can't find other resources, they proved trustworthy...read full review

Fantastic company, super responsive. I called them for an emergency (no heat on a cold day) and they sent someone out to meet me as soon as I could get home. it was fixed 30 minutes later. Very professional and knowledgeable, gave us great tips on maintenance, etc.I called again shortly after for a non-emergency issue (wanted a new humidifier installed) and they came out a couple days later and took care of that. Again, great service, clean, professional. I won't call anyone else for my HVAC needs.Service: Repair HVAC
