We had a foul odor coming from the powder room and suspected it was a critter that crawled into the exhaust duct and got stuck. We called Duct Professor and Angel and Juan came out the very next day. They immediately found 4 flying squirrels living inside the duct work! With efficiency (and much screaming and laughter) they were able to safely evacuate the family of squirrels and thoroughly cleaned the duct pipe both from the outside and inside of the house. Highly recommend Duct Professor!
Duct Professor was the lowest of 3 quotes for a water heater replacement and they had high reviews so they were the logical choice. Turned out to be a great decision and the high reviews are understandable. Requested a quote online and got an immediate call from Michael. He was a clear communicator, easy to deal with and replacement was set for the next morning. Kevin and Jima showed up on time and after a quick look around got started replacing the water heater in a tight space. They were fast, efficient, friendly and clear communicators. Some minor piping modifications were required and a shut-off valve that should have been (but wasn't) in the heater output line...read full review
