After several quotes, I chose them to install my hvac system because they felt honest and fair. They explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. I’ve also been happy with their maintenance service. A small family owned operation, I deal directly with the owners and they are reliable and decent. No hard sell. Edgar was excellent. He took his time and explained parts, answered all my questions, was very patient, showed and explained the camera views of the furnace, etc. Very trustworthy, and made me feel as if I did my due diligence on next steps for repair or replacement without pressuring. I've been a customer since 2021. I already agreed to an annual plan with the company before having Edgar come to my home, but the first thing Edgar did was try to sell me on a new plan instead of focusing on servicing my furnace. This was a drawn out and awkward conversation. Once Edgar finished his sales pitch he serviced our furnace and told me that it was not safe to operate because it was letting out carbon monoxide. He then ran a test to show me how much carbon monoxide was leaking and it registered 2 parts per million. A gas burner on the stove emits carbon monoxide at 15 parts per million.
