This company is incredibly responsive and professional. They installed two new furnaces and AC units in 2021 in our home. This wasn’t the easiest with one of the furnaces in the attic. They did an excellent job and the units have been working really well. Today, they did some maintenance service on the furnaces and again were friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. This is a great company to work with!

I had an emergency HVAC issue the day after Thanksgiving that was caused by a routine maintenance check by another company. Oasis had a team to my house within 24 hours on a holiday weekend to address my furnace not working. The team diagnosed the problem within minutes- that my humidifier leaked due to a detached pipe. The team dried out my furnace and fixed the issue. Fair pricing and hard workers. I will be using them moving forward.

I currently rent from a private owner who utilizes Oasis for all of his maintenance needs on the heating/cooling system in my apartment. They are so professional and nice. They always communicate well, providing you with all the important information, giving a heads up before they arrive, and making a point to check everything thoroughly. Today, we had Naeem from Oasis here to check out our heating system before the Chicago weather turns and he was so incredibly helpful, including doing a quick check of our gas-burning fireplace and showing me how to open and close the flue so that I could start using it when I'm ready.
