“Outstanding timely service. We called because of a backup in the the master bath. Unfortunately it was going to be a holiday weekend and they wouldn’t be able to fit us in until the following Tuesday. I explained that I had had knee replacement 1 week ago and this was the bathroom on the first floor that I needed to use also that we have been clients of Glenbrook for over 30 years, I trust them and didn’t want to try to find someone else to fix the problem The support staff answering the phone said she’d see what she could do. She called back shortly and said that she could get someone out later. We only had to wait about an hour before Tyler and Elias arrived.
