“We had our water service line replace. Eric came out and gave us a clear understanding of the required work. He also answered our many questions because there was the possibility the entry point would change due to a sewer line.

The office kept us updated and what to expected.

When the workers arrived, they completed the work in a timely fashion. They took care to remediate the lawn and did not leave any debris behind, as promised during the quote.

I would use them again.”

Hydro Dynamics Plumbing Sewer & Drainage, Inc

6505 Oakton St #30, Morton Grove

Fri 8AM - 4:40PM

“Came home this afternoon to find water in my basement. the water at the floor drain was a still puddle, nothing was going down. I tried to snake it out but that was futile. After reading a reviews of a handful of plumbers I called Hydro Dynamics (it didn't hurt that they were also closest to my home). Richie answered the phone when I called, listened to my description of the problem and said he'd have someone there in under 90 minutes. Richie himself showed up about 70 minutes later. He looked at the situation (overhead sewers) and checked a few things, then diagnosed a failed sump pump. He had one on the truck and less than 90 minutes after he arrived the new pump was installed and the water was flowing down the drain again. Price was very reasonable for an emergency type call.Service: Sump pump installation”
