We have taken music classes for a year now, and my family absolutely loves Keiki Crescendo with Ms. Claudia! You can see the passion in everything Ms. Claudia does. She is so good with kids that they want to focus and listen to everything she is teaching. Kids not only learn about music but also social skills and manners. It helps them get ready for preschool and fosters their love for music. Kids can’t stop singing songs from music class. It’s awesome to hear them say music vocabulary words, such as “glissando” and “glockenspiel.” They have so much fun and look forward to it every week. I highly recommend Keiki Crescendo. Don’t hesitate to sign them up whether they are little babies or older toddlers. Your family will only benefit from it and appreciate it!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sugar & Skn, and I can’t say enough great things about Genesis! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The studio is inside of a hair salon and the space is welcoming and clean — but Genesis is what truly made the visit unforgettable.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Genesis took the time to explain every step of the sugar waxing process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her technique is flawless — gentle yet efficient — and the results speak for themselves. My skin was left incredibly smooth with little to no irritation, and the entire experience was far less painful than traditional waxing.
What really stood out was Genesis’s attention to detail and genuine care for her clients. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work. She creates a safe, judgment-free space that makes you feel confident and cared for.

The environment was good (The music may contain profanity which is expected because this is a men’s barber shop) my barber Timmy did an absolutely amazing job on my mid-taper textured fringe he even gave me advice on how to texture my hair, what to texture it with, and where to get it. He was also very gentle and went back 3 or more times to make sure every single strand of hair was perfect while texturing my hair carefully with each and every cut. It was very clean and welcoming. 10/10 recommended, would go again. Most likely the best barber shop on the island (I’m not sure where the person that rated this place 1 star was because not a single thing correlated to Eastside Barber Shop and they would never do a haircut as atrocious as that to anyone)
Great experience! Came in for post-op pain- active release therapy with Dr. Dilan has truly hepled with the pain I was expecting. He really took his time to listen and assess what was gling on with my body. So glad I found Windward Wellness and Dr. Dilan.

I am grateful for Dr Sharma helped me finally get over GI issues and stepped in when another provider was on vacation and too timid to diagnose and prescribe. Dr. Sharma prescribed just the right medication based on the functional test results to take care of the gut infection. This helped tremendously within days. I believe his knowledge of and ability to offer supplement and medication was key to my healing.
He then also helped me to fine tune my supplement regimen and I saw him several more times for IV therapy. I like that he uses smaller needle and offers different options and tools for comfort during IV drips.
My absolute favorite was OZONE IV with UV light. Can’t say exactly what has changed but after just 2 of those about a month apart I felt healthier and was sleeping better. Would come back.

I’ve been going to Botox Kailua for a couple of years now to soften my forehead lines, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The injector always takes the time to explain everything—how many units I’ll need, what results to expect—and makes sure I’m comfortable before starting.
The clinic is very clean and has a calm, professional vibe, which I really appreciate. I usually start noticing results after about 3–4 days, and within a week my forehead looks smoother but still natural. I can still move my face, just without the deep lines—exactly what I was hoping for.
I will definitely continue coming back and would recommend Botox Kailua to anyone looking for subtle, natural-looking results.

I was blown away by my first experience Saturday at Shear Bliss- color, cut, style. Dhayna was able to fit me in quickly and gave me a warm welcome. I went in for a shampoo after a surgery (couldn’t wash my hair for a week). I was able to get on with only a days notice and my stylist was so amazing! She took extra care and the shampoo massage was insane! I highly recommend this salon!

Great little barber shop. There was a steady stream of customers at 9am on a Thursday (always a good sign at a barber shop) however they had 4 chairs going so I ended up waiting less than 5 minutes before I was in a chair. I always get the same haircut; a medium fade with a 4 on top and zero on the sides. I also had them trim by facial hair because I forgot my trimmers at home. I have the feeling that I got the new lady there but the haircut turned out just as I wanted. She was meticulous without taking forever. Skin fade plus the face trim came out to only $25. It was a good quick haircut cut at a good price. There was a little bit of a language barrier however it had no impact on my ability to get the service I wanted. Overall would recommend.

Finally found someone as a go to barber, his name is Bruce, shows lots of aloha and just overall good dude to chat it up with, while getting a fresh, clean haircut for the week.
I really like going to this nail salon. The staff works very hard and dedicatedly, they make the nails very sturdy and beautiful. I'm always happy with all the results on this new set of nails, so beautiful and trendy.
Kim and Lee were fantastic! I walked in and they started both my mani/pedi right away (at the same time!). Chairs are a bit older, the salon is a bit antiquated but cute and easy access with parking. It's also a bit expensive, but worth the money. I'll be going back.

Thanks to people on Nextdoor's recommendations I ended up going with Kristine at The Cutting Zone. She was great, very patient and knowledgeable about my difficult hair type (super straight, fine, and thin). She took her time and we got rid of about 6 inches and it feels great. I am also LAZY about hair so I needed someone who understood that when choosing a cut. Kristine was also just a fun person to sit with for an hour. All around good experience. Thank you!!!

First REAL pedicure experience for this little one and it was 100/10! Her tech was the sweetest! So patient and kind. She made her comfortable and gave her the full mani pedi experience we were hoping for, including the massage! My child loved every minute of it. We will definitely be doing it again. I also got a pedicure and per usual it was top notch! This is the one place I’m confident to say no matter who worked on me the service was above and beyond and the massages on your legs and feet feels GREAT!!!!!

We absolutely loved how they turned out—the technicians were really delicate and precise, making sure everything looked perfect. Genesis is the girl you need! I went from shaving to waxing but after doing sugaring the first time ever with her I’m forever converted! She is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable and cares about giving you the best treatment possible, my Brazilian has never been so pain-less and easy. She even converted me to underarms and they are so much brighter and less hair than ever before. The prices are cheap for the excellent service and expertise you are receiving. And you will always get a little treat at the end of your service you cannot beat that!

Quiet, cute little quaint spa located upstairs above Cinnamons restaurant. They give you slippers to change into upon arrival. Their rooms are perfect temperature, dimly lit and with great spa tunes playing. Masseuses are wonderful and so amazingly talented. You get to spend the end of your time in another relaxing room with hot tea. 10/10 experience.

Have had nothing but good experiences with Rob's team @creative energy. First we had them install 41 solar panels in 2015. Several years later we had them send out a team to clean our panels. Most recently we had them move a couple of electrical panels/wiring and some work for an addition we did. They had to trench and move/install.The guys are always super friendly and Nikki is awesome.I hadn't reviewed sooner because I don't yelp much and happened to be getting ready to have them clean the panels again.

I had a problem with my Vanity. The bottom draw was compressed wood and was destroyed from a leak. I showed up at Pacific Dynamics with my destroyed draw. Tito Napa looked at the draw and I said could he make a new one. He told me in about a week it would be done. I got the draw in 3 days and brought it home. Had a problem with putting it in and He came over and found that my shelf was the problem. He tore that out and replaced it. This person went above and beyond to make me feel satisfied. He attention to detail was unbeleiveable. I am ready to have something else done. I am so happy

We worked with Rick and Sage at R. Clary on two major projects at our forever home in Kailua. They built us a 2-bedroom ADU above our garage in a quick +/- 90 days. Quality workmanship, great crew and responsive follow-up as necessary - phase 1 of our plan for improvements to our property. Phase 2 was extensive enough so that we moved out of the main residence for a few months while walls came down, new more-workable spaces were created, and the house was made much more comfortable for our three-generation `ohana. Phase 2 was done a few weeks ahead of original projections and our place is gorgeous. We have lived in Kailua for 46 years and try as much as possible to work with Kailua companies. These guys are great - their help with planning and quality work made potentially stressful months pretty easy. Highly recommended.

For anyone who is looking for an integrative medicine practice for their four legged family members, I strongly recommend Dr. Levine and Julie and KAI Animal Institute.Stepping into KAI Animal Institute's studio, we were greeted with a calming and healing oasis that was thoughtfully designed for animals where Dr. Levine used various treatments like low level light laser therapy, rehab therapy, targeted pulse electromagnetic field therapy, and acupuncture for our dog’s pain. In addition, his wife, Julie, an animal behaviorist, performed harmonic therapy for our dog during the treatment which used sound healing powers to further help calm and treat our dog in addition to the acupuncture, etc. Soothing music was played in the background during the treatment session.During and after each session, we could see a change in our dog’s behavior and demeanor. She would smile and be so happy, excited to go to KAI Animal Institute’s healing oasis and see Dr. Levine and Julie. After a few treatments, she was able to stand for brief periods with assistance and continually kept trying to use her back legs on her own.We are so thankful, grateful and blessed to have met Dr. Levine and Julie and can’t recommend them enough for complementary care for animals dealing with pain or recovering from an injury or surgery.

I rarely leave reviews but I had a great experience here today. My sick cat loved the employees who helped him out. They got us in for a same-day appointment and treated my kitty with love and care. My dog was not acting like his usual self. His normal vet could not see him. I was told I needed to call around to other offices. I noticed Kailua Pet Hospital was open and decided to call. The gentleman who answered the phone at the front desk was so helpful and got me in within an hour. Dr. Thornburg was amazing and my dog felt comfortable with everyone in the office. It was decided that my dog more than likely injured his neck. We were sent home with meds that visit to help him feel more comfortable. Thank goodness he was able to be seen and the doctor figured it out, because he was in so much pain and the next day he was feeling so much better.

They were so sweet and quick with my dog to trim his nails! I am so glad I found this place. My dog it's normally very nervous when he gets his nails done but he was in and out of there before he realized where he was I'm definitely coming back for any grooming needs.

Working with Jay was incredibly helpful! When I showed up I could barely lay down or look up without shooting pain in my neck. By the time I left I could feel a considerable difference, and within one day afterwards the pain was almost entirely gone. Love this place! It’s a small, local business with a calming and welcoming atmosphere. They sell quality skincare products and incense, parking is convenient in the lot or on the street (bring coins!). Booking and rescheduling is very easy through the website or Square Go app. I treat myself to the monthly membership - it’s a great price and perfect way to stay on top of my self-care... I’ve gone to Corrine and Billy for deep tissue massages; they were amazing and I’m very picky about massages. They were professional, attentive to my needs, pressure was just right, and massages are very restorative. I always feel more grounded and relaxed when I leave. I highly recommend Coconut Wellness for anyone looking for a relaxing, high quality massage!

Gf and I did a couples massage deep tissue/Thai combination. We basically just did it together in the same room. It was basic, clean, with some relaxing music. Not super romantic or anything but that's not what I was expecting. My lady pulverized me. Crazy how strong she felt. I have weird shoulder/scapula issues and feel relief there that I haven't in years. Definitely plan on going back in a month or 2 to keep it goin. Feel like a whole new world has been opened up.
First time coming to this place I was very pleased with Tania’s abilities to relieve my aches and pains in my neck and upper back, with her deep tissue massage, I really do feel better already after the treatment, she is also just super easy to talk too, very authentic and professional all together, I definitely will be going back again and again!
I love seeing Metta (Pam) and her Thai massage is really good. She seems to find all the hidden knots that I didn't know existed. She does a full body massage, from my head to my toes. She is very attentive making sure you are comfortable and the pressure she is applying is to your liking.
Where do I even begin!? Dr. Mariya and her healing abilities is the greatest gift to mankind since the invention of the lightbulb. As an infantry Marine who acquired multiple injuries to my lower back, a business owner in a manual labor field, and a bodybuilder who’s passion revolves around being able to properly move my body, I have put a number on my back in my short 25 years . Dr Mariya had taken 75% of my pain away after the first visit and 99% of my pain away after the second visit. My foot was numb, my back had sciatica pain and overall stiffness that I was dealing with for over 7 months. I went from not being able to sleep or get out of bed to being able to deadlift 500 lbs again. She made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan, and explained how acupuncture works, answered all questions I had and made this experience flawless. Her treatment is life changing and if you have any similar aches and pains like me that is really causing a hindrance to your life, she is the solution. 10/10 would recommend.
I saw Raya a few times when I was visiting the island and as a fellow acupuncturist she was the most grounding, compassionate went the extra mile practitioner I’ve found in a long time.

When you’re in pain - especially back pain - there are challenges to even standing comfortably. It’s easy to feel depressed as such a condition is emotionally debilitating. Desperate, I sought a different solution - the pins of acupuncture. Dr. Kurosu carefully enumerated what she planned for treatment. Once accepting her guidance - for me this was a totally radical approach away from accepted western medical norms - she proceeded to gently provide care. After two session, the pain subsided; I was able to stand straiter. I give 6 stars to Dr. Kurosu and accept acupuncture as a curative system.
I have been seeing Nina most of my life. She truly knows her stuff. She's very knowledgeable, she cares about her patients and is very attentive to the needs of her patients. Her space is very zen and relaxing. I highly recommend everyone to go to her especially if you are hesitant about acupuncture. Do yourself a favor and see Nina!
