“i took trapeze yoga (having no previous experience with yoga in general lol) and mia was an awesome teacher! very informative (i didn't know there's a difference between trapeze and aerial yoga!) and helped me feel completely comfortable the whole time. i liked that we used the hammock and straps while on the ground as well as in the air. the pricing is also very reasonable. the equipment and space is nice, with lots of parking!“
