I've been coming to Friendly Nails for ten years now, at least. I am not the most consistent customer but I am consistently met with professional, kind and friendly care. I walked in tonight as a frazzled bride and Kiana greeted me like an old friend. Put me right in Danny's seat and he got straight to work on my bridal nails. He even cleaned my ring! And Kiana completed my look with a great pedicure. They the best!

I had my nails done here while visiting family and friends in Kailua. They were able to fit me in quickly and did a beautiful job - classic pedicure and gel polish mani. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I'm back in the area, I will definitely stop in again.

I was on vacation in O'ahu and had broken three of my UV Gel nails. This salon was close to where I was staying so I went in to get my previous nails removed and get a gel manicure on my regular nails. The nail tech, Lisa, was so helpful and did a great job! She was not familiar with the previous nail application I had on my nails because it is different from what they typically use on the island vs where I am from but she had patience and was able to do exactly what I wanted. She also gave me great advice on some places to eat and sightsee on the island.
