“I was blown away by the professionalism of Brent Maxfield‘s Window World in Kapaa, Quarry Kailua! The Kona Low storm left a significant leak in my living room ceiling from a failing clerestory window on my roof. I had three window companies come out to give me estimates to replace the window. None of them would even go on the roof to see what the issue was or give me a timely estimate of cost.

I then called Window World . The salesman was polite, knowledgeable, and gave me an estimate right on the spot. Window World then sent Stephen, their construction specialist, who went on the roof, sent me videos of my issues and confirmed they would have to correct the window framing, but they could do the work. When it was time for installation, Brent, the owner, came to install the window due to the complexity of the job. His knowledge, attention to detail, and perseverance was tremendously reassuring. It took all day to complete and the workmanship was perfect. I have never experienced a company on Oahu with such complete attention to detail and friendly positive attitude. They are the best window company on island and they are a true pleasure to work with. They are my go to company from now on!”
