When it was time to remove, the color was perfect, but some of the grey wasn’t being too receiving so she applied some more of the color to the grey and let it sit longer. When she removed the color, the grey’s were gone! So pleased with her attention to detail and the final outcome!!“

“Great place and was willing to take us last minute. Took time to explain aftercare, as well as was patient and caring during the wax session. A little bit confusing to find as if you’re driving you have to park in the parking garage and then go up the elevator to the lobby, which has a different elevator to go up to the suite where the spa is located. She does provide validation so you don’t have to pay for the parking which is good and saves you a bit of money but if you are walking distance, then it’s not really an issue.“

“Erika is the ONLY person I trust with my brows and blooms. She asked me exactly what I wanted in terms of brow shape and never took too much off. Her vibe is warm and welcoming and she is the best at what she doesn't. Period. Erika was the first person to introduce me to "sugaring" which is a much more enjoyable form of hair removal in my opinion and when my hair does grown back, it's not ass itchy or uncomfortable compared to traditional hard wax in my experience.
