Chanel was wonderful and gave me the best haircut! I had not had my hair cut in nearly four years, so she worked a miracle. I was also grateful to be able to read my book as she worked!

Best haircut experience in a long time!! Chanel was wonderful and my hair hasn’t looked this good in quite awhile. I only got a haircut, but she listened and did exactly what I tried to explain.

This was my first time coming in to The Fix: Beyond the Mirror and my stylist. Chanel was really great. I had been needing a haircut for quite a while and she ended up taking over 10 inches off and did some face framing just to make my hair more manageable, and easier to look put together. She did the usual consult in the beginning and then did a dry cut to start because my hair was pretty tingly and then took me back for the shampoo and conditioner. She does a scalp massage while the conditioner is sitting, which felt absolutely amazing.
