“Jon and his crew put a new wood shake roof on our house in East Honolulu in the early 1980's, they have been coming out doing maintenance work and applying an oil preservative treatment every four years, as well as taking care of the flat roofs. One of my screens clips snapped when I was washing the windows just recently and I didn't know how to fix it. Matt, himself came to my house and replace two clips and put the window screens back on my window. He was very courteous and professional. “While walking around the house I noticed that there could have been some wind damage to my asphalt shingle roof that MRC Roofing installed a few years ago. With the heavy storms and strong winds that we recently had I wanted it checked out just to be safe. So, I called MRC and Jon came out to inspect for damages. He took pictures of every roof face. He then airdropped me all the pictures of my perfectly fine roof onto my phone. I was relieved to know that their work done years ago was perfectly intact.

Finding a solid and reputable company that stands behind their workmanship even years later is hard to come by these days. And even though Jon has been ridiculously busy after these recent storms I was extremely impressed by his response time in getting my roof inspected for possible damages. This just goes to show you that MRC makes time for their customers during their busiest of schedules. Jon even went above and beyond and checked my solar attic fan that that was also installed by them to ensure it was working properly. That simple attic fan has probably saved me money by cooling down the interior of the house.
