“We had some damage from the Kona lows, having leakage in the master bath and kitchen. I called several roofing companies. Kevin and Sari Kaui, were the ONLY ones to call me back, and did so quickly. They came to check our damage, and gave us an estimate. We just had the work done. Doing the repair, pressure washing, and putting down the silicone coating all in a day and a half. The half day was to put down a second coating. Alex came a third day to scrape away any drips or over spray, and take photos. They were quick, careful and we are very, very pleased. Everyone involved was nice, and they worked efficiently. Kevin kept my husband informed about what was going on. A great LOCAL company, whom we highly recommend.“

“While walking around the house I noticed that there could have been some wind damage to my asphalt shingle roof that MRC Roofing installed a few years ago. With the heavy storms and strong winds that we recently had I wanted it checked out just to be safe. So, I called MRC and Jon came out to inspect for damages. He took pictures of every roof face. He then airdropped me all the pictures of my perfectly fine roof onto my phone. I was relieved to know that their work done years ago was perfectly intact.

Finding a solid and reputable company that stands behind their workmanship even years later is hard to come by these days. And even though Jon has been ridiculously busy after these recent storms I was extremely impressed by his response time in getting my roof inspected for possible damages. This just goes to show you that MRC makes time for their customers during their busiest of schedules. Jon even went above and beyond and checked my solar attic fan that that was also installed by them to ensure it was working properly. That simple attic fan has probably saved me money by cooling down the interior of the house.

“I had my windows installed about 1 /12 years ago with Tropical Wholesale. I still love them and find that the customer service is excellent with them. One of my screens clips snapped when I was washing the windows just recently and I didn't know how to fix it. Matt, himself came to my house and replace two clips and put the window screens back on my window. He was very courteous and professional. “Like O'hana. Michael, from initial phone call to project finish was like working with O'hana.Received quotes from four paint contractors and his prices were the most competitive. Commissioned him to paint the exterior wood of our house and car port. Ran into issues with rotting fence posts which he was able to replace and apply caulking and brackets at the base to prevent from occurring in the future. Upon job completion, wife was not happy with finish in one of our lanais and asked to repaint it. He was courteous and gracious about this request even though we had agreed in advance on the paint color. He had to return and work an extra day to remove, sand and repaint, and did so without complaint and at no extra cost because he wanted us to be happy with the work. Michael is a true professional. His crew worked diligently with a positive attitude, and left the premises clean.
