“I had water coming in through my ceiling from a laundry waste water line break a couple of floors above me. I called Oahu Extraction to ask for help, and Stacy had a water damage restoration specialist call me within 5 minutes to set up an appointment to inspect the damage in my apartment. At that point, I knew I was in good hands. Literally, within minutes the Oahu Extraction team was setting up equipment in my condo to dry out the water that was in my walls and floor from the water leak. I have to give a big "Mahalo" to Rad, Cory, Roy, Ronson, Jacob, and Stacy, who contacted me daily, made sure that dry-out equipment was adjusted daily and moisture checks done daily to ensure a good dry-out.
