Thank you!!!! Erica and Keanu were very professional and communicated/coordinated well with us. A+ service! Keanu arrived on time and ready to tackle the bugs. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt safe returning with our kids and dog. Will use their service again as needed.

Aloha Yelp users!I'm very happy with NexGen. First of all I contacted a number of pest control. Only NexGen gave me a quote, in writing, after I explained exactly what services and the size of my condo was.All others wanted to call to give me a call to give me a quote.I called NexGen and made an appointment for the following week. Technician showed up on time, explained how their company treats or do the services and asked me if I have questions. He answered all my questions and he was done in a timely manner.I've signed up for quarterly treatments.I recommend their services.

I have only ever used Nexgen and will probably never change. Every person I've ever had was kind, patient and willing to explain. The best experience was when I was pregnant and the person that came to assist was so thoughtful in explaining when my home would be safe for me to re-enter, how it would be safe once it dried, and even set up the fans in my home to assist with the drying process while I waited outside. The cost has always been reasonable to me, and once, my bug problem stayed even after the treatment. Nexgen was nice enough to come back and re-treat my home at no additional cost. Definitely my go to company for these services!
