“Super friendly customer service. It was easy to call in an appointment and online scheduling is also an option. The space is nice and bright. Smells nice and super chill vibe. There is a waiting area for coffee, tea or water. Also, a place to take a selfie on their selfie wall. Pricing is competitive. Shai was super nice and welcoming. My son likes his haircut and enjoyed his "chairapy". He said he will definitely come back here. We have recently moved to Kailua and was looking for our local hair salon for our family and we have found it! Looking forward to future cuts, coloring and chairapy at The Cutting Zone! FYI -- no private parking for salon but street parking and lot parking are accessible. Just make sure you have some change. Cheaper to park in the lots vs street.“

“This place is my new fav!! Parris just did a lash lift on me and she did a wonderful job not only on making my lashes beautiful and lifted but educating me/being transparent with the process. With it being my first time, she gave me such peace of mind and comfort that i’d be in good hands and the results did not disappoint!! Will be coming back to get pampered by Parris again SOON!Overall, beautiful establishment- feels very sanitary with a nice relaxing ambiance. 10/10“

“My hair is so tricky. I have fine blond (dyed) soft curly hair. I can count on one hand the amount of people that have nailed it. Cheryl did an amazing job. my hair looks fabulous. She can get the blonde and the curly right. That is a fine skill. Plus she is super sweet and wants you to be happy. She is one in a million. So glad I found her!!!!“
