I had one of the best massages with Jay. I hadn’t had a massage in a very long time because I often felt exhausted or as if my nervous system was unsettled afterward.

With Jay, I felt grounded and strong. I’ve been walking differently ever since, feeling more connected to my body. He really listens and works with the body rather than simply moving from one spot to another. His touch gives your body time to integrate and process. Every moment feels present.

I also loved that there was no music—just beautiful chimes and the nature .
I absolutely enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend Jay.

I highly recommend this massage therapist. He is professional, licensed, and very attentive. He truly connects with his clients and adjusts to where the pain is. After just two sessions, I felt real relief. My lower back pain that I had for months finally went away.
He is knowledgeable, caring, and effective. I definitely recommend his massage therapy services!👍❣

Jay is truly a master of his craft. I've been fortunate to have had many massages, and I can't think of any others that have left me feeling notably better for days afterwards as Jay's did. He's observant and patient, easing into just the right amount of pressure and giving time for knots and tension to release.
