Since Valentines 2021 -- now over a year she's the only professional I go to for waxing and recommend to all my female compadres. - Affordable prices, half price than other salons and quick, efficient & comfortable experience for my usual 10 minute session total in and out for a braz wax. - Communication by text gets back to you within the hour for appointments on a working day (Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat) sometimes even on days off... - Schedule 1-2weeks advance because she books fast and usually full on Sat with no wait list. (She's closed Sun, Mon, Wed) as of Aug 2022. - Service is clean and strict on time since a full braz wax session you can be in and out in 10 minute tops... I'm in, bottoms off, laying down, she comes in, we talk two sentences & already I'm bare and getting dressed, pay cash and go so she can start next appt... “Great place and was willing to take us last minute. Took time to explain aftercare, as well as was patient and caring during the wax session. A little bit confusing to find as if you’re driving you have to park in the parking garage and then go up the elevator to the lobby, which has a different elevator to go up to the suite where the spa is located. She does provide validation so you don’t have to pay for the parking which is good and saves you a bit of money but if you are walking distance, then it’s not really an issue.“

“Giving Lena a review because it looks like no one has done so since pre-pandemic. I went to Lena in September to get my eyebrows tattooed. I was super hesitant because I saw my mom do it in the 1990s and she had an allergic reaction and looked horrible for a week. Anyway, I'm getting to the point in my life where my appearance is still important to me, but I just want to look good without putting in too much effort. Yes, I am lazy. Anyhoo Lena was quick to respond to my email inquiry about what type of brow service I should do. I was initially thinking microblading because it is less permanent and seems to be popular these days, however after consultation Lena suggested getting my eyebrows tattooed. I have sparse non-existent eyebrows. I looked totally different with makeup and without makeup, mainly because I had no eyebrows. I would go to yoga work up a sweat and come out looking like a totally different person because my brows would melt off. After getting my brows tattooed, my husband says it looks like I have makeup on all the time, that's how much of a difference it has made. Like he thought I was hot before, but now I'm even hotter because I have nice eyebrows all the time. Lena did a fabulous job. My eyebrows are symmetrical and perfectly proportioned. The process took about 1.5 hours and I felt very little pain. I went back a month later and she touched up my eyebrows to make sure they were settling in well. Highly recommend Lena! Go get your eyebrows done by her, she's truly a professional at the top of her game.“

From the outside, it is hard to find, and hard to tell that there is a medispa inside because of its traditional appearance and Dr. Wong’s Heart and Vein practice. But upon walking in, the first giveaway is the skincare products on display (Environ and Elta MD brands).I met with Noelle (ESTN) for a laser Genesis facial, and she was AMAZING!!! She was so gentle, thorough, and communicative. I’ve gotten this laser done in NYC before and this felt better in quality. She took her time (in a good way) in cleaning off my skin, treatment, aftercare, and explaining everything I wanted to know about the procedure. She checked in regularly during the process to make sure I was comfortable and was detail-oriented in observing how my skin was reacting. 10/10 would book this service with Noelle again.Parking is metered (15 mins for a quarter), they also accept CC!“
