Alii Animal Kailua Clinic offers comprehensive veterinary services for dogs and cats, including wellness care, surgical care, emergency and urgent care, pet dermatology, dental care, orthopedics, and laser therapy. The clinic is certified as a Fear Free facility, designed to put pets at ease and gain their cooperation through positive actions.

The customer service staff are described as personable, helpful, and straightforward, making clients feel valued. The veterinarians, including Dr. Pratt and Dr. Pressler, are praised for their expertise and empathy. Dr. Pratt is noted for her gentle approach and personal investment in her work, while Dr. Pressler is recognized for her bubbly demeanor and commitment to clear communication.

The clinic's Kailua location is smaller and does not have traditional exam rooms, which can be an adjustment for some clients. However, the "back" area is a bright, sunny space where the veterinary team works. They accommodate clients who prefer to be present during their pet's examination, demonstrating a cooperative approach. The clinic has a waiting area outside, which helps keep pets comfortable, and they bring pets right to the car for consultations.

Financially, the clinic is praised for its reasonable pricing, with an exam costing less than $50 and providing a thorough conversation with the veterinarian. Prices for lab work and medications are noted to be slightly lower than industry standard, indicating a focus on affordable care rather than profit margins.

Overall, Alii Animal Kailua Clinic is described as a welcoming, client-focused veterinary practice that provides high-quality care for pets, with a dedicated team that prioritizes the well-being of both animals and their owners. Clients appreciate the easy appointment booking, the staff's friendliness, and the genuine care shown to their pets.
