He was upfront about costs and availability. Jacob, the technician, was professional and installed the faucet without a hitch. He also gave me some tips on my dishwasher. The pricing was reasonable, and I was happy with the service.“

“We wanted to remodel our condo eventually & came across Lin Construction. Mr Lin and Megan ( manager) came out to greet us and they were very attentive especially Megan who know I am pressing for times this time around. She asked me what my preferences were and suggested to look at cabinets/ flooring at couple of different places. She took her times to meet us there and trying to find the style I am after. At the end we went to a custom cabinet place to see if my vision can become a reality and now I am waiting for a quote to see how much it will cost. Since I am not in a hurry and have learned a lot from the people on the island is to make sure all the supplies are there before work will start and that including all the appliances. Will update this post once I reach out to Megan again most likely in January before we can really starting to seriously redoing our condo since our daughter and family there for her schooling and she won't be done until June of next year“

Called prestige and got a second opinion Landin isolated the water heater stopping the leak and didn't try selling stuff I didn't need. Helped me out even if I didn't choose to go through them. Decided to get water heater maintenance from them cause he was honest and no pressure sales tactics. Mahalo Prestige and Landin you're a boss!“

“I just so happened to see water dripping down under the house as the shower was running. I thought to myself: Great, I'm going to need new shower values = $$$$.Got a referral to Point Plumbing and gave them a call.Kathi asked what was going on and asked me to take some photos to show her my concern and we made an appointment for Scott to take a look.Scott came on time and looked under the house. He asked me to run the shower to see what was going on. He said the drain had come undone, he went to his truck, got brackets to support the pipe and fixed it in-a-jiffy.whew, no costly repair. Bottom line: I would call them again. (oh, and they are super friendly)Side Note: when we remodeled our kitchen, Scott did the replumbing. I just didn't know it until he said, "I know this house." Ha ha.“

“Total Professional. Kitchen faucet was dying and I had bought a replacement. Was thinking about going El Cheapo with a handyman service, but then thought better of it. Called Masuda plumbing and I'm really glad I did. Turned out both water valves on the pipes were frozen solid and because they were connected to plastic pipes, he couldn't chance forcing them open (impossible to repair and flooding) He overcame that problem by shutting the water main. Then he found that the old faucet had been leaking internally forever and everything holding the faucet in place under the sink was completely corroded and couldn't be disassembled. With great effort he managed to pull the whole thing thru the countertop. After that it was all smooth sailing. He finished the whole thing in less than an hour. Very reasonable price too. “I live in a 50+ year old hi-rise condo in Honolulu. I had a leaking toilet tank and they replaced the bowl gasket. I also had them replace an old toilet fill valve. They take the time to make sure everything is working properly after fixing. The plumbers are very courteous explaining everything to you. They did a great job cleaning up after the work. The price is very reasonable. I will always call Ogami for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!“
