“I first became interested in Armor Screen in the early nineties after Hurricane Andrew and learning that the National Hurricane Center used them. 16 years ago, after moving to Florida's west coast, I had them installed for my front porch area and lanai. (I have impact windows elsewhere.) I deploy them for every hurricane that heads this way, and they work beautifully. When Hurricane Ian destroyed my roof and pool cage in 2022, the twisted, dangling, and very sharp remnants of the aluminum struts finally sawed a few holes in two curtains. Yet the curtains were unyielding, protecting all my glass doors and ultimately saving the interior of my house during eight hours of being battered by 150 mph winds. I contacted Armor Screen about replacement screens and their representative, Sarah Alvarez, was kind, understanding, and patient as I navigated all of the other factors involved in repairing my home. Their team located the original order and, when I gave the go-ahead, had the replacements ready within six weeks. She even made sure that the shipping date wouldn't conflict with any of my planned travel. I cannot say enough about about how impressed I am with Armor Screen's service, professionalism, and the strength and quality of their product. “Sometimes the best way to rate a company is how they deal with a problem down the road, after the original install. Recently had a problem with the impact door they installed. Texted Lloyd and he answered quickly and they were able to send a friendly service tech the following day and resolve the issue. Now this was 8 months after the original install. Tons of window companies out there, but finding one who stands buy their product after install with prompt service now that is a rare find these days. Would recommend them to anyone and Lloyd our contact/sales rep was awesome.“

“I called to get an estimate. Arnie arrived accommodating my schedule. Very informative meeting. He set the timeline for the manufacturing through the installation. We ended up being about a week earlier. Upon meeting the installation crew it was obvious they were skilled. They were professional, courteous, and took great care in protecting my home from construction debris. The windows and sliding glass door are beautiful, solid immediately reduced the outdoor noise to virtually none.I did receive 3 different quotes. One was outrageous and tried using a high pressure sales tactic. The other quote was pretty even with Unlimited Windows and Doors quote. Both offered quality materials. Our tipping point was the professionalism and courtesy of Arnie. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again.UPDATE!!! Do not submit your final payment until all the work is completed. “I needed a window that was like 6ft x 4ft and i couldnt find the size in any store. I worked near Classic Window and i kept seeing them when i drove by so i figured i’d get an estimate. I bought the same sized window like 12 yrs ago from Bradco and i think i paid $275 for a poorer quality window and this is 12 yrs ago so condsidering inflation, i was expecting my window to cost maybe $500 to $800. Classic Window took the measurements i gave them and made me an exact fit for like $380 and it was a way better quality than the window i got 12 yrs ago. I couldnt believe how much better it was and how they could be so competitive with their price. I mostly just texted which is easier for me and everyone i dealt with whether it was the salesman, the warehouse guy, the installers, the office lady….they were all really nice people. You cant go wrong with Classic Window. I have never done business with them before but they treated me very well and their customer service was great. It didnt even take long to make considering the supply chain issues. Im very happy“
