We chose this builder after comparing several options, mainly because they seemed more realistic in their approach. They didn’t promise unrealistic timelines or costs. The initial design phase was detailed, and they made adjustments based on our feedback without rushing. During construction, the team was consistent, and the site remained relatively organized. There were a few delays due to weather conditions, but they kept us informed. The final house looks clean and well-structured, and the attention to detail in finishing is noticeable.
