Fred came to assist me at a Costco parking lot and was very kind and prompt. He came within 20 minutes of me calling Triple A and he took just 2 minutes to get my keys from my car. He said he was about heading home from work, but the next locksmith would not come for an hour and a half so he decided to come and help. I very much appreciated him going out of the way because I was here to get my tires fixed (and prevent calling Triple A in the first place) and had an hour+ commute home. Thank you for the great service!

locked myself out of my truck while hunting after hours and probably half hour into the woods on gravel roads. Eric their locksmith, drove forty minutes into state lands and Was able to find me. They definitely saved my butt tonight. Thanks guys
