“First time attending the facility, front desk staff was helpful with the walk-in registration process. The MA (Linda) that assisted me was nice, helpful and attentive. She explained every step of the process while she was helping me and listened to my concerns. After meeting with her, I was introduced to Dr Thompson, she was welcoming and attentive as well. She explained what she was doing and gave reasons why she was doing it and that made me feel comfortable. I appreciate all the work that you do.“

“This was great experience from start to finish. Receptionist Edward, assisted me with the paperwork. Then I met Merlys the nurse who took extremely good care of me. Finger prick & blood drawn was painless didn’t feel a thing. She’s AMAZING. Jordan the X-ray tech. Was also AMAZING. Dr Lewis was kind & had a great bedside manner who actually called me before I was out of the parking lot to inform me everything looks good on the chest X-ray. “This is the best Urgent Care I have visited in West Palm Beach. Great doctor, nurses and office staff. They are very nice and professional. The place is super neat, quiet and the service is fast.“

The reception was friendly, the nurse was awesome and the doctor was thorough. From checkin to checkout everything went very well. The doctor ( or perhaps nurse practitioner?) recommended following up with my regular doctor as soon as they are open. The waiting room and offices were clean. Wait time was not long at all. No appointments needed.“
