She explained every step of the process while she was helping me and listened to my concerns. After meeting with her, I was introduced to Dr Thompson, she was welcoming and attentive as well. She explained what she was doing and gave reasons why she was doing it and that made me feel comfortable. I appreciate all the work that you do.”
