“The gym is always kept very clean, the workouts are stated very clearly in each round, and all the people that come in the later work out times that I've come in contact with are so nice , warm and inviting! You definitely don't see the different cliques in this gym like you would in others. is my favorite 9round location in the Palm Beach area! Chris is by far the coolest trainer also!“

“First time visiting and it won't be the last. Cecilia was so sweet and welcoming. I purchased a microdermabrasion package from Groupon and stopped by today for the first of 3 sessions. The staff was very welcoming. I couldn't stop gushing over the office space. Super cute and cozy. After filling out my check-in questionnaire, Cecilia directed to the room I will be in and provided instructions on how to get ready. She spent about 5 minutes explaining what she will be doing from start to finish, which included a cleansing facial to start off, then the microdermabrasion then another cleanse, mask and serums, vitamin-c and lastly a sunscreen. It was the best facial I've had in a very long time. I frequently get microdermabrasion, and most estheticians would give a cleanse at the beginning, but to get two full facials (start and end) was a wonderful touch. I can't wait for the next session which I've already scheduled in the next 3 weeks. Lovely experience from start to finish. I highly recommend.
