I’ve now had over 6 manicures with Anna. I have chronically picked my cuticles all of my life. Her European manicures have been the only thing that has saved them! My nails and cuticles have never looked better. Will never go anywhere else for my nails.
This was my second manicure with Anna and I’m so happy I found her! She is super fast - the quickest gel manicure I’ve ever had, but also very neat and professional. She gave my nails exactly the shape and color I wanted. She’s very sweet and has a great personality. I just moved to the area and I’m so glad I found my nail master!
Hi, I wanted to share my feedback regarding the cancellation policy. I understand that your time is valuable and that these are your salon's rules. However, I was surprised by the cancellation fee.
I paid a $16 deposit for my appointment, and after calling to let you know that I couldn't make it today, I was charged a 50% cancellation fee, so the total came to about $55–58. This is the first time I've experienced such a high charge for a cancellation.
I completely respect your business and your time, but I don't feel that this charge is fair. I hope you'll consider my feedback and possibly review the policy for situations like this.
