Called for a tv repair because my hdmi ports stopped working. Instead of coming out and charging me, he told me over the phone how to fix my tv. A simple fix that he could have easily charged me for coming out to diagnose my tv and an expensive part. Instead my tv is working perfectly and all it cost me was under $20.

I called this company because I had no volume on my TV. I have a 65 inch unit. I was told what I needed to do in order to get my unit to work. The owner gave me all the information I needed at no cost! I feel that this company is honest and trys to help people. I would advise anyone that needs work done to call him first!! He has good customer service and he will not cheat you!! I will always refer to his company!! AND MY TV WORKS NOW!! THANKS SO MUCH!!
