I was in desperate need of a wash/blow dry after removing my braids while on vacation (3A/B collar bone length). Super easy to book the service online the night before for an early morning appointment, found Jalea’s name in the positive curly-hair reviews so requested her, and she didn’t disappoint. A great shampoo to remove build up, quick blow dry and wavy/iron style with friZ fighting products - feeling like myself again.

My online booking included an add-on frizz treatment and 10-minute scalp massage, but I did not receive them. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was, but upon checking out, I mentioned it to the front desk and she happily adjusted the ticket for the blow dry/iron service I did receive ($59). I could have asked for it during my service, but had forgotten until I looked at my email confirmation - no big deal.“
